Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

  • You received an incorrect product
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product
  • You received an empty package

 

How to Raise a Return or Replacement Request

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product, please email us at support support@seeeraskincare.com within 7 (seven) days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Relevant order details or communication, if applicable

Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.

In cases where the package appears to be empty or without weight upon delivery, we request you to record a video while unboxing the package. This video will be required as mandatory proof for verification.


 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled upon request.

 

Review, Pickup & Resolution

  • Please allow us up to 48 hours to review your return or replacement request.
  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be initiated, and our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep.
  • After we receive the returned product, our service team will verify the issue.
  • If the concern is validated, appropriate action (refund or replacement) will be initiated within 24 hours of verification.
