Orders are typically shipped within 48 working hours of order confirmation. Delivery by our logistics partners usually takes 2 to 10 days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities or logistical delays.

Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within 10 days of shipment, please contact us at support@seeeraskincare.com.

Undeliverable Pin Codes
We verify serviceability based on the Pin Code provided at the time of order placement and during processing.
If a Pin Code becomes unserviceable after an order is placed, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders within 48 hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@seeeraskincare.com and refer to our Return Policy for further steps. Delivery partners will not be able to assist with such cases.

 

Order and Address Handling

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct Pin Code.
Orders and delivery addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed. Each order is shipped to a single specified address.

Order Cancellation
In exceptional cases, orders may be cancelled due to serviceability issues. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.

 

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, our team may contact you to arrange further assistance.
